Hi Sara,
Did you ever have the evaluation version of Adagio Invoices installed on your workstation prior to purchasing the module? If so, you may want to rename the \qiwin directory (on the network drive, which is a subdirectory of \softrak) are reinstall Adagio Invoices. There are special files used for evaluation versions that may not have been overwritten when you installed your full version.
Check the Help | About and it would indicate there whether an evaluation version was is use or not.
Another thing to determine is the printer driver that Adagio Invoices is using. When Adagio Invoices is open, from the File menu, choose Options. You can set which printer driver is used for both reports and invoices. Either make sure that 'default' is selected, or if you require a 'specific' printer, make sure the correct one is chosen. The list of printers you can choose from is simply the list of printers created from the Windows Control Panel.
Do reports in Adagio print to your printer successfully, or does the same problem exist? As above, reports can be handled separately from invoices as far as print destination.
It's possible that you may have a different printer driver set up here, and if so, probably you want the same one as for other Adagio specifications (statements, etc) or for reports.
Should you require a different printer for invoices as you would for reports, then make sure that the printer driver being used is set up to the correct LPT port, paper tray, and other relevant settings.
Hope this helps out!
Regards,
