We bought our program in Feb. 2006 from KOM. Due to the recent upgrade we receive an error message each time we try to open the program "This program is not compatible with Inventory". Inventory is not a program that we have or indeed ever had. I tried KOM's website but it seems they are no longer there. Any ideas on how to fix my problem...short of repurchasing the program from another vendor.

The Adagio Number Changer utility programs are now sold and supported by AIM Services.

Do you use Adagio Inventory? Vendors are stored within Items and Receipts, so Vendor Number Changer needs to be able to access IC data. You may have old IC data in your data directory that you never use (perhaps from a evaluation test) and is being found. If you don't use Inventory yet have data files starting with IC, you may be able to remove the IC* data files - make a cata backup before doing anything like this.

Do you get this error when opening Adagio Payables 81A? Or only the Number Changer program?
