We installed Adagio last week and are still getting set up. Our computer tech came in over the weekend and was "cleaning" up unused printers on the network and deleted the softfax option. Where would I go to reinstall this fax? I've tried searching on the server and was unable to find it. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks

Uninstall, then reinstall Adagio Receivables, Invoices or OrderEntry, all of which will place the Softfax driver back for you. The new V8.1 products do not need this "printer" driver. They use different (Vista compatible) technology for generating fax images.
