Please be more specific. There is more than one application that could report on this information. Please respond giving the following information:
1. What product are you reporting from? Sales Analysis or Quik Reports, or something else?
2. If QR, then what application is your report based on? Have you performed any Year End procedures that need to be done in that app before printing your report?
3. Please give version and release dates of the product(s) in question.
4. Are you selecting a date range when printing this report - or is it a standard report that came with the product (ie Sales Analysis has several "built-in" reports and QR has sample reports that you can use with your own data)?
5. Have you checked your report to ensure that any formulas being used will work? For example, QR can use a Selection Formula in addition to using formulas as fields in the report, and SA has extraction rules and you can edit the columns in a previously created "standard report" to give certain date specific criteria - have you checked this out?
Thank you in advance for this information. Please provide any additional details that may be helpful for us to understand exactly what is happening, as we have many products and there is no way of knowing how your reports are setup without it.
