Need to know if Gridview can be used to create a view of the prior year postings done in this financial year. Tracking to 263 pgs of the Detail Listing report is a bit trying. **I've created a view of the transactions, but I've not been able to find a filter/field that would allow me to define those 'special postings**.

In the Posted Transaction file, prior year postings have a fiscal period between 1 and the number of periods in the fiscal calendar (1-12 in a 12 period fiscal year). Current year postings have fiscal periods offset by the number of periods (13-24 for periods 1 to 12 in a 12 period fiscal calender).

You can isolate all the prior year transactions by a filter that selects only those transactions with a period < 13 for a 12 period fiscal calendar.
