Loaded Sales Analysis 6.5 (4/99) after loading WSM 7.0 and AR 6.5. Getting an error message:

Error:

Cannot start the application, program file missing.

I cleared the SRASP directory and reloaded and get the same message. If a put the WSM 6.5 back on the system works.

Any ideas?

Hello Jimm,

The error message indicates that the SRSYS.LD4 file is not being found.

Please remove the SRASP directory and install Sales Analysis again.
