I AM GETTING A ERROR MESSAGE WHEN I AM TRYING TO PRINT AN INVOICE FROM QUICK INVOICE
PLUS THE MESSAGE READS:
THE STYLE CODE B, IS NOT DEFINED IN THE SPEC FILE QI#QICL3
PLEASE HELP

Dear Sue

This message is just a warning message and is telling you that the invoice specification does not include a section for items defined as a type B style code.

To rectify this, go into QIP Housekeeping and select Maintain Specifications to edit the invoice specification "QICL3". Add the necessary detail lines for "B" style codes, save your changes and then select "Make Active" from the Maintain Specifications' main screen to reactivate the QICL3 invoice spec.

More information on how to edit specifications can be found in your QIP manual in Chapter 3, starting at page 3-67. It is possible that your manual may be slightly different than mine, so if this is not the page, check the Table of Contents under "Housekeeping", "Maintain Specifications" to find the correct pages.
