Hi!

We are trying to import a CSV file from Property Manager into the GL.

The file is a CSV file and we have used the "Retrieve" menu option and configured the ensuing dialog to CSV.

We have ensured 8.3 naming convention but nothing shows in the dialog ergo we cannot import the file.

We have also used the prefixes of "AP" and "GL" to no avail but no matter what we do, Adagio does not seem to be able to locate the file!

Any idea on what I have missed?

How about using File | Import | Batch to retrieve the general ledger transactions?
