Yesterday I asked the following question, which was moved to Technical Support, with the attached response. I cannot respond in that forum, so I copied it and am reposting, as I have a further question:
We have recently merged three branch data bases into one data base, which is wonderful for looking up quantites on hand on any item. However, I need to create a report for ordering that will give me the following:
Item
Item Number
Quantity on Hand by Location
Units Sold Last Year by Location
Units Sold Year to Date by Location
Quantity on PO by Location
Quantity on SO by Location
All of these fields are quite important when I look at re-ordering. What is the best way to obtain these fields in a cohesive report?
Thank you.

This is a job for Crystal Reports for Adagio.
Assuming you are using Adagio IC version 8.0B, the Item and Item Number fields come from the ICW65 Items table, and the Qty on Hand, PO and SO fields come from the ICW65 Quantity by Location table.
The Units Sold LY and YTD values are not fields themselves, but can be derived from the ICW80 Transaction History table.
This is a fairly complicated report, but not rocket science. If you don't have familiarity with Crystal Reports, this is not the report to begin with.

Is it possible to create something from GridView, which I find to be more user friendly.
Thank you.
