I am using Account Recevables 8.0B (061213), and i just posted my first batch of the year... and when i go to the print invoice posting journal, i say print.... it gives me the following message.

Error: 120 Lookup item not found::Formulas.name:=JobTrackingoption.

Please let me know what to do...

Hi Andreas,

We added a new feature to version 8.0B when the data is integrated to Adagio JobCost - an option to track job information on AR transactions either at the Job level or at the Job/Phase/Category level. The posting journal needs to know what this setting is.

We've seen this type of error when the RPT report file and the Receivables EXE program file were mis-matched. The file date of the CRWIN.EXE program file in \softrak\crwin should be Dec 15, 2006 and the CRIPOST.RPT file in the \StandardRP subdirectory should be July 18, 2006. If what you have is different, the installation of the upgrade may not have been able to complete successfully, often due to files having incorrect modification dates.

Do you have a softrak\crwin\modrp folder and any report files within? This would be the case if you had modified any of the standard Crystal report files that ship with Adagio Receivables.

i checked, and the dtaes were different, we had to reinstall with a backup software, so we delete those and reinstalled originals withright dates, all ok..
