The fact that the OEGLOB is being reported as having an invalid size is enough to tell you that it's corrupt. The OEGLOB file (for OE6.5A, but probably OE6.1B as well) should be 1057 bytes in size. You can check the File Properties through Windows Explorer, etc, to determine it's actual size. Most likely you will have to restore the data from a good backup.
