While working in adagio payables, I somehow managed to post an entry to an invalid account. I have Adagio set up on two separate computers, and on my other computer, it will not allow me to post to an invalid account. It gives a warning saying invalid account, please enter valid account. So why the difference on the other computer? How do I make sure I can't post to invalid accounts on that one?

Under the File menu, pick Options. There is an option called Field Verification that needs to be enabled if you want the program to prevent entry of invalid values such as account codes.

The choices from this screen are saved on each workstation, which is why one computer would have the warning and another would not.
