I would like to create a GridView Report that has the following fields. Invoice Date, Line Description, Category, Invoice Number, Extended Price, Saleperson, Credit Note Number, Territory, and Report Group. I can create a report that shows me all but the last field, and am not sure how to add this one in.

Any help would be appreciated. All fields listed are quite necessary to my end report. Thank you.

Hi Barb,

It looks like you need information from the Order Entry Sales Order Header and Detail files, and the AR Customer Master (to get the Report Group). I don't believe that a GridView Composite table has been created with this particular combination so if you let Softrak know, we could create this Composite table for you.

If you have Adagio SalesAnalysis, there is a Composite table that combines the transaction file with the AR customer master, giving you all the fields, except possibly the Line Description. If you simply mean the Item description from the Invoice or Credit Note, then I believe this also would require a new Composite table creation.
