DataCare 6.2A and later versions has a feature called 'Extra Field checking', an additional level of integrity checking over the WSM integrity check and DataCare 6.1A. To perform this check, a table must exist to allow DataCare to identify fields on an individual basis, determine if the data in the fields is valid, etc. At this time, tables only exist mostly for Accpac Plus core modules such as AR, AP, GL and Softrak products such as Quik Invoice and Sales Analysis.

Inventory Receipts does not have a table such as this to perform the 'Flat File' and 'Keyed File' checking, but since the DataCare configuration is setup to try this check, the warning message you reported appears.

To fix this, you have to edit the DataCare configuration for your Inv. Receipts program to disable the Flat and Keyed file checking. The usual Phase 1 and Phase 2 checking will still be done, just not the extra checking.
