I am not in tech support, but this posting reminds me of something I went through in an earlier version of AP, right after running year-end. What version are you using and what is the date of the service pack? The latest current release is version 8.0A Jun 26, 2006. If your version is older and you install the latest, does the problem go away?

Just in case I'm wrong, is the data clean when you run Data Integrity Check?
