There's a complete checklist of procedures in the Tech Tips section of our web site. If you cannot work through the checklist on your own, you'll need the services of a Softrak Partner to help you. It shouldn't take them more than a half-day or so to work through the year end checklist for each company.

I'm assuming that you've changed your fiscal calendar.

Are the archive batches that you are trying to post for the current or previous fiscal year? If they are for the current year, then move (copy) them to a new batch changing the fiscal period from "99" to "1". If they are for the prior fiscal year, then move (copy) them to a new batch changing the fiscal period to "12" and post them to the prior year. (You'll probably want to archive them with the "12" fiscal period and retrieve them into your last year's backup for posting there too).
