Can you 'Print Preview' the fax queue report successfully? This can help identify the problem based on the results.
Also make sure than none of your ranges are from 'blank' to 'blank' but rather 'blank' to ZZZZZZ. And all the checkboxes selected too.
Has this worked for you before? It appears it has as you mentioned using the same ranges for the lat 2 years. The report is unchanged since 2004.
I assume this is when printing the fax listing from within OrderEntry. Do you get the same thing happening if you print the fax queue listing from Receivables for the same data? The fax information is shared across all applications for the data set.
Perhaps run CHKSYS.EXE on the workstation having the problem - maybe the wrong report tables are being read and this utility (found in the \softrak\system where the Adagio programs are installed) will determine this.
