Is there any way, while in the vendor file to find a specific invoice by simply typing in the invoice number? Some of our vendors send us 20 to 30 invoices in a month, trying to find one specific invoice can cause extreme eye fatigue. Thanks

It would be nice if the Finder and Smart Finder worked in the vendor transactions grid, however they do not. (Hint to R & D !!)

What you can do, although it is less handy, is:

Select Reports / Transaction Reports / Vendor transactions.
Enter the vendor number for start and end of the range and click Preview.
Enter the invoice number in the search box at the top and click on the binoculars. (You can also search for amounts this way.)

GridView could give you a quick way to find invoice numbers in the Vendor Transaction file, either with the Find function or a Filter based on document number.
