I have a client who is attempting to change AR Control Accounts but are getting the message that this can't be done until all the posting journals have been printed and posted. They have done that, including the Clearing Journal, but they all say that there is nothing to print. I know this issue has been posted before but can't find it.

Just to give you some more information - it is the Adjustments posting journal that is giving grief. When trying to print the posting journal and accepting the default range, the message is that there are no posting journals to print.

Hi Lars,

Turn off the option to remember the report settings. Try and print the posting journal again. Then turn the option back on. Also, make sure that the default ranges select everything.

Thanks, Andrew. The option referred to isn't selected. I have a feeling this might be a user error. This is not my client so I may wait for their consultant to get back from holidays.

If ARPOSTA.nnn is not 0 size, exit, rename it, and open AR again.
