We have a separate department which deal with the inventory records, including receipts, adjustments etc. I have noticed a discrepancy in some items, but would like particular help with one item. Up to June 19th the cost was $11.55 each after June 19th the cost is $1155. while I am assuming that an adjustment was made and a decimal point was off I can not see in the transaction history where this would have occured. I would like to send you the transaction history, item status and item valuation report. Please indicate how I may do this.

What version of Adagio Inventory are you running? What costing method are you using for the item? Are you using Adagio OrderEntry to record sales? Are you processing receipts through Adagio Inventory or Purchase Orders for Adagio?

If you are using Adagio OrderEntry, and you'd like us to look at the data, then the easiest way is to File | Backup | Related data from the OrderEntry menu and send us the resulting ZIP. If it's too large to e-mail, then upload the file to http://www.softrak.com/dbr and send me an e-mail when it has been uploaded detailing the item number you're concerned with.

We are using FIFo. Adagio Order Entry to record sales and Adagio Inventory for receipts. We do not have Purchase Order.

We are using inventory version 8.0B(060511)

It didn't arrive. Are you sure about the address?

Please send it again, and send a small, text only e-mail without an attachment at the same time. Sometimes large attachements get bounced by servers along the delivery route. My e-mail account allows attachments up to about 4 MBytes or so.
