Just installed GridView. When I click on File > New I get a message that says "This function can not be performed". I am assuming that it is a permisions issue, but Grid View doesn't really work like the other modules.

Edit the properties of the shortcut that you are using to start GridView. In the target field where the program location is, after ...gridview.exe put a /c (and a space in between). This is how you get edit/create rights for GridView.
