I am trying to set up the Payables module in Adagio and got this message: "Access violation at address 099CD6F in module Payables.exe. Read of Address 00000471." Can someone please let me know how to proceed?

FYI, the Ledger module was set up with no issues.

Thank you.

I had the same problem and the same error message with one of my clients earlier today.
We needed to create a new company in Adagio. the GL, AR and BR worked nicely.
But when we created the AP data, we received the same error message.

We tried this a few times with the same results.
Our installation was onto a network drive.
So, I gave it a try by creating the new company on the local c: drive in a separate folder.
This time this worked properly with no errors. The new company data is now created, albeit in a stand-alone local drive.
The next phase was to copy the relevant data files to the network drive.

Once we completed everything, the AP was working properly with the other modules. I preformed a DIC (Data Integrity Check) to verify the data files - the Check returned a No Errors message.

You can ask your dealer to help you with this, or send me an email/call me if you would like assistance with this.
