We have several companies with several A/P's and I am processing year end. I do not want to clear histroy txns but in one of my companies I do not get asked the question: "Delete history transactions dated June 30/06 and older?" Please let me know what I need to change in the company profile so that question will appear. I am assuming if I do not get that question that my history txns will be lost.
I have never run a period end with this company (just started this company this year), could that be the issue?

In the company profile on the integration page you set the number of days to keep history.

If you have not yet run a period end for this company, you have not transferred anything from current to history yet.

My number of days in history was set up and correct so I went ahead and processed the year end without changing anything and the transactions moved across correctly. So I guess not having the question is the same as not ticking the box.
