Is there actually an Adagio Cloud Software that can be used so we no longer have to use the legacy on premise version?

Softrak has a software solution called Adagio Cloud. However, as a member of a team of Adagio Expert Integrators and I mean serious experts, we are not fans of Adagio Cloud. We feel so strongly about this opinion, we will not recommend Adagio Cloud to any existing clients or potential clients. Any clients that have joined our support network and who were running Adagio Cloud, we have converted them to Adagio running on Windows Remote Desktop Server(s).

We would like to see you move your existing Adagio (on premise installation) to an independent hosted cloud server but not Adagio Cloud. A hosted server solution running your Adagio will give you a stable and solid accounting solution with lots of integration opportunities for maximizing operational productivity.

We're the largest Adagio business partner / solutions provider in North America and we have been using Adagio in house for our Accounting software solution for over 25 years and we have been running on a various hosted server solutions for over 15 years. We believe that Adagio on a hosted server is a much better solution than "on premise servers", as long as you have a good, reliable internet connection.

We do not provide the hosting solution but we can tell you with confidence who we are using (as hosts) and share with you our monthly costs. Your hosting can be in Canada, USA or Europe, or your choice for where your data is kept secure.

We use a hosted fast 3 TB Windows Server 2025, to manage and support a large number of Adagio clients, in Canada, USA, Caribbean, UK, India, and UAE.

I don’t think you’ll find a single Adagio consultant, of which I am one, that would recommend Adagio Cloud. It’s just awful.

I second Brian’s advice.
