A client removed the PDF printer from their list of printers. I tried running AdagioV2PDF and AdagioV3PDF from within the system folder (with admin privileges), but the AdagioPDF printer is not installing. When trying to print a PDF from within Adagio (with DocStore), the error 'PDF printer AdagioV2PDF not found.'

How do I reinstall the pdf printer?

Did you try completely uninstalling all Nova related components prior to the reinstall?

Yes. It still didn't reset the printer as a device.

I suggest that you completely uninstall Nova again and also clean up the Registry settings for Softland.

The Registry is updated during install and if the install program believes that the current version is already installed, reinstalling Adagio or using Workstation Setup to update the AdagioPDF Printer Driver will fail.
