The first thing to try is emptying out your temp folder. If you are using Windows XP;

Close all applications.
Open Windows Exporer.
Find the folder c:\document and settings\login_name\local settings\temp and delete its contents.

Can't see the folder 'local settings' then under the Tools menu select 'Folder options'. On the 'View' tab find and select the option to 'Show hidden files and folders'.
