-Were any Adagio updates installed?
-Is there any message?
-Is there any pattern to what user(s) are doing when FR crashes?
-Is it just one user or all users?
-Does the Ledger data pass a Data Integrity Check?
-Does FR crash in the same way when using Sample data?
