ugh. just had my computer reconfigured and Adagio has forgotten all my settings.
in the GL when you 'view account transactions' how do you get the column settings to stick? I've gone in and configured them the way I like but it forgets as soon as I close the window...

Some of the grids will not stick when then your are using SYS and the tick of the box "Set view for all users" is enabled.
You have to untick the box and save the changes and then you can tick the box to set it for all users.

hmmm... I'm logged in as me, not sys... and I don't want to change the other users' settings... this seems like it would change everyone's no?

Then, it is not that. Using Sys could cause the grid changes to not stick.
Try clicking on Reset and start over.

When you finish adjusting columns (moving, narrowing, widening) you must invoke the Column Editor to save the changes. Just open it and then close it - no need to make any changes. If you don't, all those nice adjustments are lost and the columns return to the earlier layout when you re-open the window. Is that an obvious feature? Intuitive? No and No, but it works.
