I installed a new printer on a users workstation. It is a HP LaserJet 1012. Now when she tries to print the detail for a multi-currency account with source and home, it prints off the right side of the page. It worked fine before I installed the printer so I know it has to do with the print driver. I have installed an updated driver but that has not resolved it. Everything works fine when I go to another printer. Does anyone else use this printer? Do you experience any issues?

If the printer supports both PCL 5 and PCL 6 drivers, try choosing the PCL 5 one and see if that makes a difference.

If you find that a new printer does not have a PCL5 driver available (many do not), try installing the HP Laserjet 4P driver in Windows and using that. It is a very generic PCL5 driver that seems to work well with many printers, even many non-HP ones.

Note to Softrak product development: it would be helpful to allow a designated printer to be set for Adagio Ledger Financial Reports!
