When printing the G/L, how can I make it NOT subtotal the debits/credits after each Account Code?

Sorry, that isn't an option that's currently offered in the GL detail listing report (is that the report you're talking about?). Is there a reason you don't want these numbers subtotaled?

It's a disaster for me - will probably have to go back to prior version. I use dept's as sub-categories for ease of my clients reading a personal general ledger. As an example, Account Code 5005 might be property related expenses; dept. 1000 might be personal residence, dept. 2000 might be 2nd home, they won't understand/and will be annoyed by the subtotals throughout the G/L.

This was an addition in version 8.0D to the Detail Listing report as a request from another client. I guess a future version would need to have subtotals as an option to make everyone happy...

In the meantime, you can have your Softrak consultant modify the report (ModRP) and hide the section that displays the subtotals so you don't have to see them when printed.
