Hi:

How do I disable the default styles in Order Entry?

I created document filters and applied it, to override any default styling. But every time there is a new order/documents, it does not respect the style I put in but rather it puts the default styling.

Ex.
Document Filter
Pick Slip Printed equals to "Yes"
Style Standard, not highlighted or colored.

When I apply the style, it will apply it to the existing document fine.
But when new document is created and goes through the process, it no longer respect the style I have for that filter. I have to apply it again for it to use the style I created.

And also another thing, when I have multiple criteria, it does not respect the style as well.
Example:
Order Completed? equals to "No"
and Pick Slip Printing equal to "Yes"
Use standard style.
Click apply, it does not respect it.

Hello Marlon,

Check the Style Priority on your new Document Filters. The Filters that you want to be applied should have a lower Style Priority than the others.

Changing the priority did it.

Thank you!
