The Quik Invoice data file QIB0731R is one of a pair of files that represent an open invoice batch #731. If you have a file QIB0731I, then the file reported as missing is supposed to be there. What you first have to do is determine if this was the batch number that the user was entering at the time of the crash. It's quite likely that batch will have to be deleted.
In addition, the batch control files QIBCTL* maintain which batches have been created, posted, deleted, etc. Printing the batch status report would tell you what the status of batch 731 is. These data files may also be corrupt. You can rename the QIB* data files, but you would lose all of the unposted invoice batches. Otherwise, the data would have to be repaired.
