Ralph Allen has answered your previous question on how to set the form length, and his suggestion to check out the multi-copy printing features of Adagio Invoices is a good one. Windows isn't very happy printing to a dot matrix printer - and even FedEx is using laser printed packing slips.

Did you change the length of the form in the invoice specification (Maintain | Specifications | Specification options)?
