With the latest release of SalesCQ, when we find a template and copy it to a customer so that it becomes an active quote, the new active quote has been toggled as expired. Please see attached screenshot. How do we fix this ?

Hello Michael,

We didn’t change SalesCQ in this area.

Edit your template quote and make sure that IT isn’t set to be expired.
