We have multiple contacts for one customer that we potentially will be sending a quote to via email. So potentially multiple email addresses would have to be setup for this one customer.

In order to do this am I correct in saying that the contact has to be flagged as a "Ship To"? Otherwise when we go to enter the quote it won't read the contact info unless it is flagged a "Ship To" address?

So if you only had one true ship to address for a customer but were going to deal with multiple contacts for that customer than multiple ship tos have to be created associated with each contact. Is this correct?

SalesCQ doesn't read the contacts, just create a Ship-to and then copy it to create another with a different contact name/email address.
