Is there any report that I can pull from adagio order entry that will list items entered but not shipped because of an out of stock situation? I know I can let the system create backorders and if that's the case can they be deleted by batches or would I have to delete them individually?

Hello orlanda,

The "Order Action" report will list these orders so that you can decide which order to fill.

There is no batch delete of all orders with outstanding backorders they have to be deleted individually.
