The data integrity check is verifying that the department codes used with your GL accounts exist in the department setup.

You can add the missing department codes by selecting "Department" under the "Edit" menu.

Alternatively you can edit the company profile and turn off the option to check departments.

Further to Doug's reply: it looks like you created the data originally in ACCPAC Plus. Plus did not check to see if the department code you used in adding an account existed in the list of departments. Unless turned off in the Company Profle, Adagio does (to help prevent the creation of invalid account/department pairs).

You're fine.

Adding the departments under department maintenance would be necessary only if during year-end processing you wanted that department to close to a different retained earnings account than the default retained earnings account listed in Profile.

Also, when printing departmental financial statements, the department name will not appear for these departments. No big deal.
