A new problem. I get the following when logging into Ledger:

"Critical Error: [1212] invalid path to data dictionary. (@L92ALKY)"

I can run their Ledger files without issue at the office but not there.

Any suggestions?

I was able to resolve by copy the folder "Dict" from a previous backup and all appears to be OK now.

Not sure why I received this in the first place and want to confirm what to do if encountered again. This time I had a backup so got lucky.

Yes, an error 1212 is always related to incorrect dictionaries.

Check the \SOFTRAK\system\Temp\Pending folder to see if there is a GL folder and any files within, It may be that the necessary dictionary files installed by an upgrade were not actually saved to the \Softrak\Dict folder, say because they were locked on the server at the time of installing.

Hopefully the dictionary folder you restored is up to date.
