This message makes me think that you have the option "Save data with report" turned on? This toggle is located on the File menu. Sometimes, this feature is good if you have quite a large database and you are designing a report (more info found in the HELP files on this) as it saves time, however since datafiles change often, in normal circumstances, it is not used.
What I would suggest at this point is to open your report again, turn off the option described above and then do a "verify database". Follow the prompts until you get a message that says "your report is now up to date".
If you still get errors regarding the data in your report, you should exit QRW and perform a Data Integrity Check on the applications used in your report, to ensure all is ok.
If you still encounter problems, I will need more information:
- What ACCPAC Plus modules is your report based on?
- What version(s) & release dates?
- Can you replicate this on another workstation? or is this a standalone system?
