Just upgraded a client to Inventory V9.3A(200824) and created a new Inventory report for them. After copying to the Custom folder and then subsequently logging in to update custom reports it bombs out indicating:

"Load Report Failed"

Any suggestions?

That message just indicates a complete failure to open the report so it could be many things.

What version of Crystal Reports? Start with a very simple IC report using the Item Master - just the Item code and description. Does that work?

Hi Bruce the report in question was fine on our end but again standalone vs server environment who knows.

Will keep you posted.

My bad. In converting one of the reports I left the "V92" table in the report hence the fail to load when copied to Custom Reports.
