Client received the following error when in Ledger today (they are using V9.3A with SP190720):

"Application load error. System was out of memory, executable file was corrupt, or relocations were invalid."

We can assume this is not an Adagio issue? Operating system related? Or anti virus causing issues since their login to their Adagio modules is slow?

FWIW data integrity is clean.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Scott/John:

I have questions, not answers I'm afraid.

Where does the error message occur in Ledger? Is it consistent and duplicated easily? If the error occurs consistently in live data, does it happen in Sample data too? Are there other users - if so, are they experiencing the same problems?

Did the error first appear today? If the problem started today, what has changed since yesterday? Were any Adagio updates installed recently? If not, the problem is in the environment. Is the user working from home? I'm seeing remote access problems causing this sort of error during the pandemic. If they are working from home, what technology are they using to run Adagio? Are there any server problems today?

Thanks Bruce. Well "I don't know" is the answer to most of your questions unfortunately as we are waiting to touch base with them so we can start asking some of these specific questions.

It happened for the first time ever this morning and that is all we know at the moment. We thought we would post it on here in the event someone else has experienced this.

The only "update" that has been applied lately (about two weeks ago) was the SysUpdater. So we don't think any updates are the culprit. We did run data integrity for what it is worth and all OK there.

We are assuming for the moment it is their environment since logging into the system is really slow (why we think maybe anti virus).

Anyway should have more details by the end of tomorrow.

Thanks for your input,

J/S
