I am having trouble getting written off amounts to clear off my AP and Pre check reports.
Then vendor balance is zero but these small amounts keep showing when I print these reports. How do I get rid of them? Can I act like I am doing a manual check run, take in the CN amount then apply it to the small amount??

well it's not working, when I do this I am getting the message that the payment is invalid, I must be missing something. I am putting in a random check number, unchecking the print check box, clicking on the line and hitting the space bar, everything seems to work fine, but it won't post

I just tried leaving the box checked and the checks won't print (to pdf) but I get a message that says the checks will go to an error batch if not printed, is that ok??

That doesn't work either,it won't post without printing and it won't let me print the checks either. I am stuck
