We have covered the posts already on the subject and have tried all suggestions but can not get around the workstation loop on Payables V9.3B. It appears "simply" to be that the AdagioV3PDF is not getting installed for whatever reason as it is not listed in the Control Panel for Devices and Printers for the workstation.

Anyway we ran the GetWorkstationInfo application and received the following for this workstation (not sure what we are looking for or what needs to be applied) so thought someone could tell us here:

Hi Bruce same thing it "appears" to install but it doesn't. The end result is that the AdagioV3PDF does not show up in the Devices. It just won't install. Unless it is a "rights" issue for whatever reason.

Have you tried copying the softrak\system\AdagioPDF folder locally and run the install from there?

There's an "AdagioV3PDF_Install.txt" log file - does it show anything significant? Have you tried "Run as Administrator"? Or logging in as the Administrator user? If you look in the Control Panel, does "novaPDF SDK 10 Printer Driver" appear in the list of installed programs? If it does, what if you try to uninstall it and then run the install process again?

I had a similar problem this morning with a client. Installing AdagioV2PDF and AdagioV3PDF solved it so I think you're on the right road.

UAC should be disabled and Run as Administrator with local Administrator rights and it always gets installed properly.

All good now. Thanks for your suggestions. It was simply a Windows 7 issue. As soon as we updated to Windows 10 issue resolved go figure.
