We have covered the posts already on the subject and have tried all suggestions but can not get around the workstation loop on Payables V9.3B. It appears "simply" to be that the AdagioV3PDF is not getting installed for whatever reason as it is not listed in the Control Panel for Devices and Printers for the workstation.
Anyway we ran the GetWorkstationInfo application and received the following for this workstation (not sure what we are looking for or what needs to be applied) so thought someone could tell us here:
