Installed the latest SP and I got this error when opening our data:

Unable to find data dictionary A/C Global File @A93AGLB(1212)

Do I need to roll back?

We are investigating this now. There will be a new Service Pack file to download once the investigation is completed.

And yes, you will need to roll back this time.
