I am using the G/L and the sample data. Whe I try to use the financial reporter, I get the error message "Financial Reporter must be opened by G/L".

I tried using another database (I have created a database using a copy of my current company database). I could use financial reporter, then I couldn't.

This is because you have a 'space' in your data directory path - don't you?

Either remove the space or replace it with an underscore "_"...

For example: If your datapath looks something like this:

C:\Softrak\MY DATA

Make it look like one of these:

C:\Softrak\MYDATA or C:\Softrak\MY_DATA
