Critical Error: [1] unknown error determining position of key.

While using the Adagio Inventory, I encountered an error when creating filters and using them/ scanning them.

Error points:

> When selecting the filter in the item Maintenance Window, or starting it up with the same filter selected the error: "Critical Error: [1] unknown error determining position of key." will appear and will only show one record.

> When attempting to scan with the same filter, the error "Error adding record to Adagio Filter Matches, record already exists." shows up interrupting and ending the said attempt.

This happened today and we have no idea what caused it and we have been raking our minds about it.

Issue resolved, just asked for a database rebuild.
