What happens if a cheque is deleted before posting?
Will the supplier invoices appear as unpaid?

Yes, the supplier invoice will be unpaid and you will have to re-enter the cheque and manually assign the cheque#.

And the check will show as void in the Check Number Audit List (a report nobody ever really uses but it does have a purpose).
