CREDIT CARD PAY RUN IN AP:
We have weekly check and credit card runs in A/P.
(Some of our vendors accept our VISA card as payment in lieu of a check.)
We would like to have our "credit card run" go into a batch by vendor.
Each vendor's pay detail will be sent to an "email queue" for review.
This email will include: vendor name, pay detail (invoice # and $ paid), the method of payment (VISA ending #1234), and another other message I would like to add.

Is the above possible in Adagio?

What is the end purpose of the batch by vendor? If just to do the communication then at what point in the process does the communication need to happen?

Basically, I want to run my "check run" batch from A/P.
I want an email created for each vendor paid in this batch, which would include all the pay detail. (vendor's invoice # and invoice amount)
I also want to be able to select a coversheet that instructs the vendor to charge a specific VISA card.

I want to send all above emails, and my check run is complete.

I hope there is a way in Adagio to complete this task.

There is a way to do all this. But there are variables to consider and configuring the process is not easily explained in the forum. You would be best to contact your consultant for help setting it up.
