First - does the data pass the data integrity check?

Second - can you see if anything makes the problem repeatable? (ie - if you do this, then this, then this, then this, then the form is empty).

Until it's repeatable, it will be hard to determine what's causing the problem.

FWIW - this is the first time we have had this problem reported. Perhaps if other Receivables users have noticed this then we can track down what particular circumstances cause the problem.
