While one of our users was posting an invoice another user was trying to issue a credit note
and a message came up OEISAM unable to access record in use by Leslie, window adagio order entry. We now all have our own sign-on initials with Adajio so that we don't have any possible collisions and we are running 8.0A version of Adagio.Is there a solution for this?

I don't think that's actually an error message. That's just a normal conflict notice. For the few seconds it takes to post an invoice in OE, other users will be locked out of certain functions. Once the posting is completed, the notice will not appear.
